Are you passionate about ensuring crystal-clear pool experiences for clients?

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining pools to the highest standards, ensuring that our clients can enjoy a clean and safe swimming environment.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Some Saturday's).

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine pool maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
Light Troubleshooting and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automated control systems.
Keep accurate records of services provided and maintain a well-organized schedule.
Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in pool technology.

Requirements:

Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred, but we offer training for motivated individuals.
Knowledge of pool chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and perform manual labor as needed.
Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday.
Valid CA Driver’s License.

Compensation:

Pay will be discussed upon interview.
